Q: Do you direct bill?
A: Only to Blue Cross, Canada Life, GreenShield Insurance, and SunLife, however, you will billed for the remainder that isn't covered. 
Q: How do I book an appointment with you? 
​A: Hit "book now" on the home page. Create a Jane profile, and book your appointment. A credit card will be required.
Q: Why do you require a credit card on file?
A: To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. The card will be charged in the event of a late cancellation (24 hours or less), a no-show, or any out-standing balance that is not covered by your insurance provider. Charges will be processed in accordance with Siyanna Therapy's cancellation and payment policy. 
Q: Can I claim this under my insurance?
A: Please double check with your insurance provider. I am a registered clinical counsellor in BC, so you should be able to if that is a requirement. My registration number is RCC 17823. 
Q: What are your hours?
A: Saturday 11 AM - 5 PM (in person or virtual) | Sunday & Monday 10 AM - 5 PM (in person or virtual) | Tuesday - Friday 7 PM- 9 PM (virtual)
Q: Why Siyanna Therapy?
A: I believe in being relatable and effective. Not only do I want you to feel like you're talking to another human being, but I also provide evidence based tools to help you progress.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: That totally depends on you! Keep coming back if you feel like you're gaining something out of this experience. 
Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?
A: Give me a call at 1-506-526-0114, or email me at amraj@siyannatherapy.com. I ask for at least 24 hours so I can treat someone else during that time. No shows, or late cancellations will be billed 100% of the allotted treatment. 
Q: What areas do you service?
A: Kamloops in person, and virtually all over British Columbia
Q: Do I need a doctor's referral? 
A: Nope!
